The Process

  1. The first step is to get in touch with me by phone, email, or via my web form here.
  2. We'll discuss your property, I'll have a few questions for you and I'll answer any questions you may have.
  3. If it looks like we can help you, I'll move on the the next step.
  4. Next, we'll schedule a tour of the property, and if possible meet with you.
  5. I will then have enough information to give you an offer.
  6. If you are comfortable we will sign a purchase and sale agreement.
  7. We will then send the information off the the title company and close on the property.
  8. Ownership of the property will transfer to me and you will receive a cashier's check or wire transfer from the title company!
